FrameSAFE 5.0 is the National Framers Council’s comprehensive safety program developed by framers for framers. Built specifically for the framing industry and based on OSHA 1926 standards, FrameSAFE provides the tools that you need to implement and manintain a consistent safety program across every jobsite.
All FrameSAFE resources are now available through the online FrameSAFE portal.
Accessing the Portal
FrameSAFE 5.0 is available to all NFC Framer and Subcontractor members.
To begin:
- Complete the FrameSAFE onboarding form.
- Once your onboarding request has been processed, you’ll receive access to the FrameSAFE portal.
- Begin using the safety resources available in the portal

Everything is managed through the portal, ensuring you always have access to the latest FrameSAFE materials.
No More Manual Updates
FrameSAFE 5.0 replaces the previous manual update process.
There is no longer need to:
- download updated manual PDFs
- request customized covers
- replace manual pages
Instead, your safety program is managed through the online portal, making it easier to access current resources whenever you need them.
