How long does it take to get my customized cover for the FrameSAFE manual?

Once you have submitted your request for a custom cover, you will receive your custom cover within 3-4 business days.

Can a company update the company policies section after they submit their template to be customized?

Yes. The customized pdf provided to each subscriber is still editable using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader (the latter is a free download).

Is there a limitation on the number of times a company can use their customized manual during the course of the year?

The assumption is that each company will use the manual for each unit they build. Additional copies can be made for each jobsite as needed for the best transfer of information to the company’s Employees. So, as long as the user follows the usage outlined in the Licensing Agreement, the exact number of copies used per year is not an issue.
